Torah

Most precisely, the Five Books of Moses, the Pentateuch, read in a weekly cycle in synagogue and finished and restarted every year at Simchat Torah. The word also gets used more loosely for Jewish learning and teaching in general, so "he's into Torah" can mean anything from Genesis to a rabbi's commentary written last month.
